For Whom Is the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training?

Every participant can take the Green Belt exam after completing the training phase.
What Will You Learn in Our Green Belt Training?
This level covers all the basics but is in-depth compared to our company’s yellow belt training. However, we also focus on teaching you the ways with Lean and Six Sigma and how you can implement them in any business and project.
Thus, expect our outline to be something like:
- Introduction to Methodology: What’s Lean? What’s Six Sigma? How do these methods work together?
- Learn to define (we started with the DMAIC structure from 6 Sigma here): Who are the customers? What is their need/expectation? How do they get involved in the process, and what is their track record?
- Know how to measure: Perform a measurement and perform a measurement system analysis to determine the size of the obstruction.
- Analyze: Find the root cause of the problem by analyzing the data and process.
- Focus on how to improve: Identifying the root cause and implementing the solution in practice.
- How to control: Secure the solution implemented, establish permanent measurement, and determine process improvement. Learn how to make changes in your organization and ensure that projects succeed.
- Preparation for exams: You will be able to pass the exam after this training. We will also plan a coaching session as a final resource if needed.
